After reading our Book Of The Week 'Peace At Last', we went on a sound walk around the school grounds. We listened carefully to the different sounds around our school, completed a chart and then shared our findings with our friends. Today we started learning this poem ahead of our poetry recital at the end of this half term. If you have mislaid the paper copy, here it is for you to enjoy performing at home. There is also an option for children to learn their own poem and recite it in front of the other classes (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) if they would like to.
