1GH 18/19

As a reward for achieving 100% attendance for a whole week, 1GH will be able to come to school in non-uniform on Wednesday 28th November 2018.  Well done 1GH!   Please remember the children will still need sensible shoes and warm clothes for playtimes.

On Thursday we were involved in making a very important decision. We had to decide which campaign we wanted to vote for. In assembly the School Council, Eco Committee and Cygnet News put forward their argument to try and persuade us to vote for their campaign. Here is how we voted in 1GH. Adventure playground - 14 votes Nature trail - 7 votes Stage lights - 2 votes Mason and Marselis had the important job of posting our envelope containing the results into the ballot box. Once all the votes had been counted, we received the results in a special envelope. We were overjoyed as the adventure playground won! The excitement didn’t end there, as we then got to have a go at designing how we thought the new adventure playground should look.

Thank you for all your donations. We are very appreciative of your generosity. Look how fabulous we all looked on Friday. We really enjoyed learning about Children in Need and did some activities to support this.
